The Context: Teams at ITC Tobacco, with cross-functional dependencies but reporting to different leaders, sought to improve collaboration and synergy.
Complexity: Conflicting priorities and a lack of direct communication created interpersonal friction and hindered productivity.
Resolution: CCC's team synergy workshop facilitated authentic, sometimes difficult, conversations, leading to a "cleaning up" of relationships, stronger bonds, and improved cross-functional collaboration.
